Energy Rating
Our developments have an A or B energy rating, which means energy savings and, as a result, considerable financial savings when compared to a home with an F energy rating. Furthermore, it implies a reduction in CO2 emissions as well as a large reduction in the energy consumption of the building (heating, cooling, and domestic hot water).
Dual-flow ventilation
This is a system that ensures good air quality without the need to open the windows. This is continuous controlled ventilation through extraction and impulsion, filtering the air and preventing the accumulation of odours and toxic gases.
Geothermal energy
Is the energy in the form of heat contained in the subsoil, a clean, free and, of course, renewable energy, geothermal HVAC in residential buildings meets the demand for heating, cooling and domestic hot water, using the huge thermal inertia of the subsoil.
Aerothermics
This technology generates heating, cooling, and hot water by using the heat of the air. In circumstances where the climate in the area makes geothermal energy unsuitable, aerothermal energy is used in Célere developments as a renewable energy source, retaining all of the benefits previously listed.
