Vía Célere markets 110 homes in Valladolid with its new Célere Morelia development
Vía Célere, a developer specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, has begun marketing its new housing complex, Célere Morelia, consisting of 110 homes in the Parquesol neighborhood of Valladolid. In just over a month, the developer has increased the number of homes for sale in the Castilian capital by almost 200 units, bringing the total number of homes on the market in the city to almost 400.
Célere Morelia consists of 110 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes spread over five floors, including ground floors and penthouses, most of which have large terraces and a southern exposure. In this way, the residential complex is designed to make the most of natural light, which, together with other innovations such as the connection to the district heating network and the photovoltaic panels on the roof, have enabled Célere Morelia to achieve an “A” energy efficiency rating, which implies a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and in the electricity bills of its residents.
In addition to these features, the housing project includes the innovative and exclusive Vía Célere common areas, which allow residents to optimize their leisure time to the maximum. To this end, there is a gym, an outdoor swimming pool with solarium and a gourmet social room where you can meet with friends and family without having to do it at home. Likewise, children will also have two play areas, one indoor and one outdoor. All of this, in addition to the large green areas within the development itself and an additional room for storing bicycles.
An expanding neighborhood
With Célere Morelia, located on the street of the same name, the developer is consolidating its commitment to the Parquesol district, one of the main residential areas in the city of Valladolid. This is an area renowned in the city for its design, which prioritizes wide avenues and green areas, as well as for its wide range of shops and services, ranging from leisure to health, education and food. It also has an excellent location, as it is connected to the main bus lines and is close to the southern inner ring road, which allows access to any destination.
In the words of Almudena Guerra, Territorial Director for the Northern area and Castilla y León in Vía Célere: “The Valladolid market has proven to be one of the most dynamic in Spain, both because of the high demand for housing, encouraged by its privileged location between Madrid and northern Spain, and because of the high level of urban investment being made in the city. At Vía Célere, we want to continue our commitment to delivering high quality homes in the city, as evidenced by the almost 400 homes we have on the market, especially in the Parquesol neighborhood.
